Synopsis
Keeping It Simple: Helping Alcoholics Achieve Sobriety is a
compilation of five booklets written by Robert C. Hickle originally published between 1976 and
1980. The reader will recognize and appreciate the combination of wit, wisdom and personal
character which comes from Hickle's love for the alcoholic. Though the general topic of the
book is about alcoholism, the information easily applies to other addictions and to life in
general. The book will be especially useful to addicts and their friends and family.
