Ms.Granger is an instructor at St. Clair College for the Department of Business Administration - Human Resources Management. She has developed a 12 course post-graduate certificate program for St. Clair College in claims management for employers, HR professionals, and health and safety professionals. The program is due to launch in January 2011.
Ms.Granger has served as Chairperson of the HR Advisory Committee for St. Clair College for the past several years. She also has spoken at several conferences, seminars and workshops all over southwestern Ontario for the Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC) on developing effective claims management, health and safety and return to work programs.
