Synopsis

About The Author
Thomas H. Schear has worked in the human services field since 1977. In that time he has been a front-line counselor, clinical supervisor and program director. In addition to this work teaching college-level courses in psychology, sociology and in particular ethics have given him the opportunity to help those entering various professions to think about how they see themselves, relate to others and their workplace as they live out their lives. For the past decade, Dr. Schear has been providing continuing education opportunities for counselor and therapists assisting them in improving their knowledge and

Dr. Schear current lives in a small rural town in north central Iowa where he lives with his artist wife, Kathy and his dog Solo.
