Synopsis

It is designed for students in business programs and small business owners. The e-book highlights the most important concepts of information technology for small business, including information technology solution services and end user computing development. To maintain a well-rounded approach to the topics, both fundamental knowledge about information technology for small business and hands-on material are presented. Succinct tutorials for implementation of end user decision support systems and end user business intelligence in the end user computing environment are included.

About the Author

Shouhong Wang is a Professor at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from McMaster University. He has over 30 years' experience of higher education in the Information Systems field. He has published more than 100 research papers in academic journals and several books on the subjects of information systems.

Hai Wang is an Associate Professor at Saint Mary’s University. He received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. He has published over 40 research articles in academic journals and several textbooks.
